HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and packaged between 1-2 business days of the order date. Transit time is approximately 2-5 days for UK addresses (almost all orders are shipped via MyHermes). International orders take on average 4-7 business day but this is country dependant. Please contact us to inquire in more detail about expedited shipping.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide and each countries shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. If you would like to place an order but have any further queries about international deliveries, please contact us.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and you can also pay using PayPal.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?

Yes! We gift wrap all our items as standard. You can also include a gift receipt and personal note! On the shopping cart page simply enter your gift message in the text box.

IS THIS ITEM COMING BACK IN STOCK?

Perhaps! Our items are made in small production runs, so some lines go out of stock but then come back in again as and when our artisans produce them. Simply get in touch here with your query and we can let you know!

CAN I ORDER A BESPOKE ITEM?

Yes perhaps! All of our baskets are made in our own workshop in Morocco so such items can be made in bespoke colours ways, simply get in touch here with your idea and we can chat!

Yes! We love bloggers to promote / review our items and generally share the YONDER love with the world. However, linking back to our website with a credit is an online must.
